This is a great travel destination that women will love. Our 2008 tour covers the most popular attractions beginning in Beijing, the old imperial capital of the country and finishing in Shanghai, the modern face of China. We visit many ancient sites, see food, silk and pearl markets, traditional stores, acrobatic show, cruise down the Li River with spectacular views, be in awe of the rice terraces at Longsheng and experience that great moment standing on The Great Wall. Who cannot be impressed with the Terracotta Warriors.

We allow free time in some places on tour, and you will find China safe and comfortable if exploring on your own, usual common sense precautions apply as with anywhere.

This is a land package and does not include international flights. We can provide the best available airfare for you to suit your requirements. Please note this tour requires a minimum number to proceed (see below). The earlier you book, the earlier we can confirm the tour is going ahead, and international flights can then be arranged.

SMALL GROUP SIZE

We like to keep our groups small. Our maximum group size is 15 and we require a minimum of 6 for the tour to proceed.

INCLUSIONS IN THE TOUR

We provide many meals throughout the tour (except drinks) indicated in the itinerary by (B) = Breakfast, (L) = Lunch and (D) = Dinner. International airport transfers are provided for group transfer with the escort, if you are travelling on a different flight, a surcharge will apply. Tours and entrance fees as per the itinerary.

TRAVELLING

Our own private transportation in each area we visit. Three domestic flights are included in the tour price. Please note in Asia surfaces can be uneven and good walking shoes are recommended. A basic level of fitness is required.
